We are equipping and nurturing young moms to thrive individually and as a parent by addressing their biggest challenge of accessing, attaining and sustaining affordable, safe and stable housing and providing supportive services that are person-centered and specific to each mom's needs and goals.
WHY?
To empower young moms in building resilience and social connections through a comprehensive supportive housing program that aligns them with the guidance and resources needed to maintain whole life stability and thrive in self-sufficiency.
WHO?
The supportive housing program is to greatly impact and transform the lives of moms ages 18-24 and their children, who are low income and at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
